1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this website or purchase our products.

BAC WATER AU reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Products & Orders

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse service at our discretion.

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from BAC WATER AU.

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith. Minor variations between product images and the actual product may occur.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payment processing is handled by secure third-party payment providers.

In the event of a pricing error on our website, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Australia only. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. BAC WATER AU is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering — we are not liable for orders dispatched to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (sterile medical-grade supplies), we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items for health and safety reasons.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assess the claim and, where applicable, offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. BAC WATER AU's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

Our returns policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

6. Intended Use

BAC WATER AU bacteriostatic water is intended for use as a diluent or solvent for reconstituting injectable medications by qualified healthcare or research professionals. It is not intended for direct intravenous injection on its own.

Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice. You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional before administering any injectable product.

  • Not for use in neonates or infants
  • For use by trained professionals only
  • Store as directed — discard 28 days after first use
  • Do not use if seal is broken or solution appears cloudy

By purchasing our products, you confirm that you understand and accept full responsibility for appropriate and lawful use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Australian law, BAC WATER AU, its directors, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or website.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design — is the intellectual property of BAC WATER AU and is protected by Australian copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from this site without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted provided attribution is maintained.
